Serving horses in need from the Texas Hill Country

About Triple P

Built on responsibility, compassion, and a lifelong commitment to the horse.

Triple P is being established to provide humane, sustainable care for horses in need while serving as a trusted community resource.

Our Story

A ranch with room to make a difference.

Triple P Equine Rescue and Sanctuary is rooted in hands-on horse care and a belief that rescue must be measured not only by the number of horses accepted, but by the quality and permanence of the care provided.

The organization will operate from existing ranch property in the Texas Hill Country. This reduces startup overhead and allows resources to be directed toward feed, shelter, veterinary attention, farrier services, fencing, and other direct-care needs.

During the startup years, board members expect to make annual contributions while Triple P develops a broader base of donors, volunteers, sponsors, grant opportunities, and in-kind support.

Mission & Values

Mission

To rescue and rehabilitate horses in need, place suitable horses in responsible homes, and provide lifelong sanctuary when placement is not appropriate.

Vision

A community in which vulnerable horses are treated humanely, owners can access responsible resources, and every placement protects the horse’s future.

Values

Compassion, stewardship, transparency, safety, respect, careful growth, and responsibility for every horse accepted into our care.

Governance

Accountable nonprofit leadership.

Triple P will be governed by a board of directors responsible for mission oversight, financial stewardship, policy approval, fundraising, conflict-of-interest compliance, and organizational sustainability.

  • Board-approved annual budget and program priorities
  • Documented conflict-of-interest procedures
  • Financial controls and recordkeeping
  • Capacity-based intake decisions
  • Annual review of programs, care standards, and risk

Board names, biographies, and approved governance documents can be added here before public launch.

Our Promise

We will not accept a horse unless we can reasonably support that horse’s safety, care, and future.

Help create a safer future for horses.

Every gift, volunteer hour, and community partnership strengthens dependable care.
